You must register for an account using user name, email and password in order to use the language learning service. We recommend that you keep all of your account details confidential as you are responsible for the actions taken under your account. After creating an account, you receive your own profile.

In using this website, you agree that all of your contribution is done by only you. All information, data, text, messages, sound, music, photographs, video, tags, software or other materials which are posted, upload, transmitted via services publicly or privately is your user content (“user content”, “this content”) that you are responsible for.  We do not take no responsibility for the any user content that is posted, uploaded, transmitted via services by you. Upon the submission of user content, you license us the royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable rights to use, edit, store, translate, alter, copy this content. We also examine that your content does not breach the law or infringe our Terms.

You are responsible for the content that you post. You agree and accept that are you are prohibited from using our content unless CultureDive granted you legal access to do so. (Include trademark details after trademark has been accepted)

We do not sponsor, endorse, recommend, or otherwise accept responsibility for any of the linked sites. Furthermore, third parties and linked websites are not under our control, we are not responsible for their content or privacy that is practiced on their websites. We may provide third party content and links which is not an endorsement of these sources but used to better your convenience.

Fee, cancellation and refunds

All of our services are paid services which means that every service is offered with a fee. All fees are displayed beside each service. All fees are displayed in U.S. Dollars currency with fees and applicable taxes. Language learning service fees may be subject to change, if the fees change then you existing fee will remain the same.  In order complete a travel service request, you will be charged $50 or more initial deposit (depends on trip duration and activities). All financial transaction for our services will be processed by a third party in line with their terms and condition, regulations and privacy policy.

You can access and review your payment made on your user account. You may cancel any course and tutoring session at any time. You are eligible to receive refund for any course within 14 days of purchased payment. After 14 days you can cancel any course, but you will not receive a refund. For lessons or tutoring sessions, you must cancel 24 hours prior to the time of lesson to receive a full refund or if teacher cancels the lesson, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, you will not receive a refund for any lesson but you may still request a cancellation.

Account termination

You can request to terminate your account at any time. After request of termination has been completed, you will no longer have access to your user account and user profile will be deleted. However, after cancellation, you agree and acknowledge that some user content may remain and we are not liable for any deleted information. Upon cancellation, fees for any pending or processed services will not be refunded. CultureDive may terminate or suspend any account due to breach our Terms and regulations. We are not responsible for the user content that disappear due to technical reasons.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that CultureDive and staffs that work at CultureDive will not be responsible and liable for loss of data, loss of profit, loss of use, inaccuracy in data, inability to access our services, loss of goodwill, any content or claims of third parties, loss of business or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages.

We do not restrict our liability for death, fraud, personal injury cause by our negligence or any other liability that is unlawful to restrict.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CultureDive, our employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, suppliers, contractors and affiliates harmless from any liabilities, damages, losses, cost, expense, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third parties’ claim, demand, or allegation due to your use of service, your breach of Terms of Use or your violation of any rights or law of any entity, third party or another person.
